Job Overview

A law firm seeks an attorney licensed in New Hampshire for a remote, full-time position. This role involves representing clients in court appearances across New Hampshire and requires occasional in-person attendance at hearings.

Duties

• Represent clients in in-person court appearances across New Hampshire.
• Conduct legal research, review cases, and draft pleadings and related legal documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful case outcomes while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Admission to any of the following states is a plus: Delaware, Michigan, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Washington, D.C.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in New Hampshire.
