Associate - Private Equity Finance (Borrower Side)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate for its Private Equity Finance team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and innovative financing strategies within a dynamic and growing team.

Duties

• Advise on borrower-side private credit and acquisition finance transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop innovative financing strategies.
• Navigate complex syndicated and private credit markets.
• Assist in structuring multi-tiered capital arrangements.
• Provide strategic advice on leveraged and acquisition financings.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of relevant finance experience.
• Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings preferred.
• Strong understanding of private credit and leveraged finance markets.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
