A law firm seeks an Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to collaborate with experienced attorneys on insurance coverage and litigation matters across Nevada and the U.S.

Duties

• Work closely with attorneys and partners on insurance coverage and litigation matters.
• Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigation matters.
• Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on various subjects.
• Communicate with clients and draft reports.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada.
• 5+ years of experience in coverage and litigation.
• Experience in drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines.
• Experience in third-party and/or first-party claims.
• Coverage analysis and writing experience.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada.
