Job Overview

A law firm seeks a full-time Associate Attorney for its Beverly Hills, CA office. This position is ideal for newly barred attorneys or those with experience in Lemon Law or consumer protection, offering hands-on litigation experience and opportunities for career growth.

Duties

• Manage a caseload of Lemon Law and consumer protection litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Attend and represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation.
• Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license (newly admitted attorneys encouraged to apply).
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
