Duties

• Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Counsel on trust administration, asset protection, and tax-efficient planning.
• Collaborate on complex planning matters.
• Handle or assist with probate and trust litigation matters as they arise.
• Maintain and grow client relationships.
• Transition or build a book of business.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license.
• 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred.
• Existing book of business a strong plus.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar license.
