Duties

  • Act as the primary handling attorney for a portfolio of litigation matters.

  • Record productive time and track Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements

  • Active member of the State Bar of California with a discipline-free record.
  • Experience in civil litigation, preferably plaintiff-side.
  • Skilled in taking and defending depositions and attending mediations.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of litigation matters and lead a team.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active California State Bar license.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
