A law firm seeks a skilled associate with expertise in antitrust litigation and/or merger control to join its expanding practice in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience and strong writing skills, joining the 3rd to 7th year associate class.

Duties

• Represent clients in antitrust litigation and merger control matters.
• Collaborate with a global team to address complex antitrust challenges.
• Assist in securing merger approvals and defending against enforcement actions.
• Engage in trial preparation and courtroom representation.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust law.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Texas or eligibility to waive in.
