Duties

Requirements

• Experience in securitization, leveraged finance, or related fields.

• Admitted or seeking admission in California, Illinois, Texas, or Florida.

Education

• J.D. degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.

Skills
