Real Estate Associate - Junior to Mid-Level

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join its Real Estate practice in Baltimore, MD. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and due diligence.

Duties

• Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Assist with title, survey, zoning, leasing, and diligence review.
• Coordinate closings and support complex transactions.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on real estate matters.

Requirements

• Two to four years of commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Exposure to purchase and sale transactions, leasing, and financing desired.
• Experience with various real estate sectors is a plus.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage assignments independently and collaboratively.

Education

• J.D. required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Maryland or Virginia preferred.
