Job Overview

Duties

  • Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisition and disposition transactions
  • Assist with real estate financing matters, including commercial and construction lending
  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, and related transactional materials
  • Conduct title review and assist with resolving title-related issues
  • Support clients in land use planning matters, including zoning and permitting processes
  • Coordinate with lenders, developers, and other stakeholders involved in real estate transactions
  • Provide legal analysis related to land use regulations and development approvals
  • Manage multiple real estate and land use matters while maintaining communication with clients

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate and land use matters
  • Experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
  • Familiarity with land use planning, zoning, and permitting processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a transactional practice environment
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with clients and legal teams

Education and Certifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to practice law in Massachusetts or eligibility for admission
