Duties

  • Manage and expand a substantial book of business serving institutional real estate clients.
  • Provide expert legal advice on real estate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years' significant experience in real estate transactions.
  • Excellent professional credentials and client service capabilities.
  • Nevada Bar membership or willingness to sit for the Nevada Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in good standing with a state bar.
