Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.
• Conduct freedom-to-operate and landscape analysis.
• Prepare patentability, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions.
• Support IP-related litigation and transactional practices.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of patent experience.
• Technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Admission to the Michigan Bar and U.S. Patent Bar.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Michigan Bar.
• Admission to the U.S. Patent Bar.
