Duties

• Manage and litigate all assigned cases.
• Ensure daily clearance of case management software.
• Complete all assigned tasks by due dates.
• Document all cases properly in CMS.
• Monitor and manage case progress.
• Facilitate weekly meetings with Claim and Litigation Specialists.
• Complete initial 72-hour contacts with new clients.
• Identify and address arising issues.
• Oversee communication with insurance adjusters and other parties.
• Draft non-routine correspondence.
• Review determinations to meet case goals.
• Attend hearings and advocate for clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice law in Nevada, in good standing.
• Valid Nevada driver's license and insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of legal principles and research techniques.
• Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Detail-oriented and flexible.
• Ability to handle conflicting time demands.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
