Duties

• Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, including contract disputes, warranty breaches, and deceptive trade practice claims.
• Handle shareholder and governance disputes, intellectual property conflicts, and professional negligence claims.
• Manage real estate and construction litigation matters.
• Serve as first-chair in jury trials in both state and federal courts.
• Lead, collaborate with, and motivate a team of litigation professionals in a collegial work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated experience as a first-chair trial attorney in state and federal courts.
• Proven experience with contract disputes, intellectual property issues, shareholder disputes, and other related litigation areas.
• Ability to lead and inspire a litigation team with a collaborative and growth-focused approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
