Duties

• Conduct freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses and provide counseling on related matters.
• Oversee the training and daily supervision of technical specialists and junior attorneys.
• Handle large client portfolios on a global scale.
• Lead and participate in client meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where the firm has an office.

Education

• Science background in organic chemistry or small molecules required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred.

Certifications

• USPTO registration required.
