Job Title: Partner-Level Attorney

Job Overview:
A well-established law firm based in Orlando, FL, is looking to expand its leadership team by adding an experienced attorney with a strong background in probate matters. This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative legal environment, contribute to strategic growth, and take a lead role in shaping client outcomes within a specialized area of law.

Duties:

  • Lead complex probate matters, from initiation to resolution, with minimal oversight

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for high-value clients requiring estate administration services

  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff within the probate division

  • Collaborate with other partners on firm strategy and cross-practice opportunities

  • Participate in business development initiatives and community engagement activities

  • Ensure compliance with professional and ethical obligations across all case matters

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success managing a probate-focused caseload at a senior or partner level

  • Established book of business or demonstrated ability to generate and retain clients

  • Active involvement in professional legal associations or bar activities is preferred

  • Willingness to engage in firm-wide development and leadership responsibilities

  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented culture

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to The Florida Bar or willingness to obtain licensure in Florida

Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and proven leadership in legal practice

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits

  • Fluency in Spanish is considered a significant advantage

  • Comfortable navigating sensitive client matters with discretion and empathy
