Litigation Attorney

Corpus Christi office of our client seeks a litigation attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience. The candidate will provide legal representation to advocate for clients while providing outstanding client service skills. Be expected to litigate cases and take them to trial when necessary. Must be licensed to practice in the state of Texas, have graduated from an accredited law school, and must be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and possess excellent written, verbal and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated with strong negotiating skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Must have the ability and experience to independently manage and move pending cases forward. Must have strong litigation skills, including discovery, conducting depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation background
