Requirements:

• Experience in probate, estate planning, or trust law

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas and good standing

• Strong understanding of Texas probate statutes and procedures

• Proficient in managing cases from intake through resolution

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas
