Duties

• Manage a docket of employment injury cases.
• Conduct investigations and maintain client contact.

• Prepare for and participate in trials and pre/post-trial work.

Requirements

• 3-15 years of litigation and trial experience.
• Proven hearing/trial industrial commission experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
