Duties

• Manage U.S. and international trademark prosecution, including clearance searches and filing strategies.
• Handle trademark litigation, including TTAB proceedings and domain name disputes.
• Provide trademark licensing and counseling services.
• Draft and respond to cease and desist letters.
• Engage in IP litigation, with a focus on patent and/or trademark matters.

Requirements

• Possess a portable book of business and a growing IP client base.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship development and management.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar and currently in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
