Personal Injury Litigation Associate

A law firm is seeking an accomplished litigation attorney to join its thriving practice devoted to representing individuals in high-stakes injury claims. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a robust caseload of injury-related civil matters from initial pleadings through resolution.

• Handle pre-trial litigation, including written discovery, depositions, expert coordination, and motion practice.

• Advocate for clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and, when necessary, full trials.

• Work closely with intake, paralegal, and medical review teams to prepare files and maximize case value.

• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs and arguments tailored to injury-related litigation.

• Negotiate settlements and communicate directly with insurance representatives, defense counsel, and courts.

Candidate Profile & Experience:

• 3 to 8 years of litigation experience, ideally in plaintiff-side personal injury or civil trial law.

• Demonstrated skill in managing injury claims involving automobile accidents, premises liability, or catastrophic damages.

• Strong comfort level with discovery disputes, procedural rules, and courtroom dynamics.

• Capable of balancing multiple active cases while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Licensing:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally accredited law school.

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of California (or eligible for immediate admission).
