Duties

• Manage a caseload of mass tort and class action matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Collaborate with senior trial attorneys to develop case strategy.
• Engage in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Advocate for injured clients with skill and care.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, including personal injury.
• Experience in mass tort or class action is a plus.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience in state and federal court litigation.
• Collaborative working style and eagerness to learn.
• Active license in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
