Duties

• Research legal issues and counsel clients.
• Negotiate resolutions of legal disputes.

• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Provide strategic legal analysis and guidance.

Requirements

• Three to five years of litigation experience required.
• Experience in first party property insurance defense and commercial litigation preferred.
• Licensure in Georgia and/or Alabama is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Florida required.
