Job Overview

Duties

  • Conduct legal research, drafting, and analysis for litigation and transactional matters.
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, contracts, memoranda, and other legal documents.
  • Participate in client meetings, court appearances, and depositions with mentorship.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff across practice groups.
  • Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar, or ability to become licensed within a reasonable time.
  • 0-2 years of relevant legal experience; internships, clerkships, or clinical experience may be considered.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a desire to learn.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar, or ability to become licensed within a reasonable time.
