Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in mortgage-related litigation or other civil litigation.
  • Strong legal writing and research skills (WestLaw/LexisNexis proficiency required).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently both remotely and in-office.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering a positive client experience.

Education

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
