Duties

  • Convert discussions and meetings into actionable tasks.

  • Support billing coordination and case-related administrative processes.
  • Draft communications and follow-ups.
  • Ensure clients receive timely, professional responses.
  • Support coordination across matters and team members.
  • Work closely with leadership on projects and initiatives.
  • Gain exposure to how a multi-location law firm operates.
  • Participate in improving systems, processes, and client experience.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney (or pending licensure) in Ohio.
  • 0-3 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong follow-through and ownership mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
