Duties

  • Manage patent prosecution projects with significant independence.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Engage in business development to build a client portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably in a law firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Professional references and strong academic credentials.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Advanced degree in advanced computing preferred.

Certifications

  • USPTO registration.
  • State bar admission.

Skills

  • Knowledge of AI, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and/or quantum computing.
  • Strong client service ethics.
