Job Overview

Duties

  • Manage a litigation caseload from start to finish.
  • Conduct detailed medical and policy reviews.
  • Negotiate high-value settlements and efficiently progress cases through litigation.
  • Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and build trust.
  • Attend and conduct IMEs, EUOs, and recorded statements.
  • Collaborate with support staff and leadership to drive performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Perform other litigation duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of high-value settlements.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive writing ability.
  • Strong organizational discipline and competitive mindset.
  • Confidence in analyzing complex cases and making strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in legal tech, case management tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Licensed and in good standing in Ohio.
  • Willingness to work on-site full-time.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
