Requirements

• Experience in drafting and prosecuting patents related to AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies preferred.
• Current admission to practice before the USPTO required.
• Two or more years of experience as a licensed patent agent required.
• Experience in the software and hardware industry is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
