Duties

Requirements

  • Over six years of litigation experience.
  • Significant law and motion experience.
  • Experience in taking and defending depositions.
  • Trial experience is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in complex cases.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
