A law firm seeks a Commercial Lending and Finance Attorney in Boca Raton, Florida. Duties

  • Represent lenders and borrowers in financial transactions focused on real estate credit.
  • Utilize industry solutions for structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.
  • Draft and perfect security interests, review title insurance, and draft objection letters.
  • Oversee real estate finance solutions, workouts, and restructurings.
  • Organize and maintain client files effectively.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in commercial lending and finance.
  • Extensive experience in structuring and documenting real estate transactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate finance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of laws, court procedures, and filing requirements.
  • Ability to organize data into clear arguments.
  • Handle sensitive matters confidentially.
  • Licensed to practice law in MA, RI, NY, SC, NC, or FL.
  • High degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree and J.D. Degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one specified state.
