Duties

  • Strong academic credentials and foundational training.
  • Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • California Bar admission preferred.

  • Expertise in joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The Los Angeles office of this vigorous firm specializes in real estate law, environmental law, and civil litigation. The firm boasts an extremely dynamic group of attorneys; the firms partnership is both young (most are in their 30s and 40s) and talented.
