Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in San Francisco, CA, with at least five years of experience in white collar litigation. Duties

• Represent individuals and companies in government and internal investigations.

• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.

Requirements

• At least five years of substantive law firm experience in white collar defense or regulatory enforcement.
• Experience representing individuals and organizations in government investigations and enforcement actions.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Experience in managing discovery and conducting witness interviews.
• Strong trial preparation and litigation strategy skills.
