Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with at least two years of experience to join their Minneapolis, MN office. The successful candidate will engage in complex real estate transactions, working with developers, institutional investors, and other sophisticated clients across the United States.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage due diligence processes.
• Coordinate transaction closings.
• Advise clients throughout the transaction process.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on sophisticated transactions.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota attorney license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and commercial leasing is desirable.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience is valued.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
