• Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve favorable outcomes in complex litigation.
• Manage all phases of litigation, from case assessment to trial and appeal.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing case updates and discussing legal strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff for efficient and effective case management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business litigation.
• Licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases and meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations and team collaboration.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
