Case Development Intake Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Case Development Intake Attorney in Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves managing a docket of approximately 50 cases, investigating and preserving evidence, and developing medical and triage assigned cases. The attorney will also handle property damage claims and communicate with clients and adjusters.

Duties

• Investigate and develop commercial cases.
• Accept and evaluate incoming calls from potential new clients.
• Secure accident reports and property damage photos.
• Obtain witness statements and perform investigations.
• Prepare and approve expense requests.
• Prepare monthly status reports for clients.
• Manage clients during the case development intake process.
• Prepare and document demands for case settlements.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Previous experience supervising non-attorneys.
• Valid TX driver license and good driving record.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
