Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Trusts and Estates Associate for its Dallas, TX office. This role offers a partnership track within a collaborative team, focusing on sophisticated estate planning and trust administration for high net worth clients.

Duties

  • Participate in client conferences and draft estate planning documents.
  • Collaborate with paralegals, fiduciary accountants, and attorneys in probate and trust administration.
  • Prepare and review gift, estate, and fiduciary income tax returns.
  • Conduct tax research and assist with charitable planning.

Requirements

  • 17 years of experience in Trusts and Estates and administration.
  • Experience with high net worth individuals and families.
  • TX Bar admission or willingness to become admitted.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.

Certifications

  • TX Bar admission.

Skills
