Job Title: Partner-Level Attorney

A prestigious law firm based in Orlando, FL, is seeking an experienced Partner-level Attorney to join its Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Duties:

• Lead complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures

• Advise business clients on corporate governance, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance

• Review and draft key transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and term sheets

• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate legal teams and external advisors

• Supervise junior attorneys and support staff as needed

• Maintain and expand client relationships through strategic business development initiatives

• Provide legal guidance on post-transaction integration and risk mitigation

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success handling high-value M&A matters in a law firm setting

• Existing client base or strong business development capabilities preferred

• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

• Effective communicator with strong negotiation and drafting skills

• Willingness to work in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active admission to a U.S. state bar

• Florida Bar admission preferred, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted

Skills:

• Deep understanding of corporate law and transactional structures

• Strong leadership and client management skills

• Bilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish, are considered an asset

• Skilled in managing multiple priorities in fast-paced legal environments
