Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Partner or Senior Associate for its Park City, UT office. The successful candidate will engage in defending wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, particularly those involving trucking or motor vehicle accidents, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal.

Duties

• Conduct pre-suit investigations and case evaluations.
• Manage day-to-day litigation activities, including depositions and motion practice.
• Represent clients in hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, including Fortune 100 companies and top-rated insurance firms.

Requirements

• Experience in defending wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.
• Proficiency in handling complex litigation matters.
• Strong trial and appellate advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Utah.
