Duties

  • Serve as the initial legal point of contact for potential clients

  • Conduct intake interviews to assess personal injury claims

  • Provide legal guidance and set client expectations

  • Answer client inquiries with professionalism and empathy

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client communications

  • Utilize legal software to manage case data and workflow

  • Coordinate internally with litigation teams to ensure seamless case hand-off

  • Build rapport and trust with clients to foster long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of plaintiff-side personal injury experience

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a client-friendly manner

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada (required)
