A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Attorney in Woburn to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of commercial real estate experience and a strong interest in real estate law. Duties

• Represent owners and developers in real estate transactions.
• Manage acquisition, ownership, financing, development, leasing, and sale of real estate.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and meet billable hour requirements.
• Engage in networking, marketing, and client development activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience in a private law firm setting.
• Admitted to the New Hampshire or Massachusetts Bar, or eligible to waive in.
• Other bar memberships are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
