Job Overview

A law firm seeks a full-time Associate Attorney to work remotely from their home office, preferably in the Dallas or Houston, TX area. The attorney will manage case files, represent clients at various legal proceedings, and travel as required.

Duties

  • Manage case files to determine the next course of action.
  • Represent clients at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances.
  • Create persuasive communication materials.
  • Conduct investigations to uncover facts and determine next steps.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Creditors' Rights or Collection fields preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education

  • Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)

Certifications

  • Texas law license required.
