A law firm in Gilbert, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor from an accredited and ABA-approved law school and have a current Arizona State Bar license in good standing. While civil litigation experience is highly preferred, the firm will also consider candidates with other legal experience, such as transactional or criminal law. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in the practice of law beyond a law school setting.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on case strategy and development
  • Manage case files, documents, and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited and ABA approved law school
  • Current Arizona State Bar license in good standing
  • 3-5 years of experience in the practice of law beyond a law school setting
