The candidate must have a strong interest in the litigation practice, an aggressive courtroom style when necessary, a highly ranked client service aptitude, and an interest in handling simple to complex civil litigation matters across the firm’s varied practice areas including (among others): general, commercial, real estate, vendor, evictions, and premises liability (defense) litigation. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
