Job Overview

A law firm seeks an IP litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience to join its trade secret litigation practice in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigations involving trade secrets, patents, and other IP at a mid-size to large law firm.

Duties

  • Contribute to all aspects of litigation in large matters, including research and drafting.
  • Manage ESI collection, review, and production.
  • Conduct witness interviews and depositions.
  • Participate in trial proceedings.
  • Handle urgent or emergency proceedings in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in IP litigation.
  • Experience managing a complex docket.
  • Willingness to learn new technology or subject matter quickly.
  • Experience in specialized areas such as biology, chemistry, AI, or computer code is preferred.

Education

  • Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
