Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Transactions Attorney to join its team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, development projects, and financings.

Duties

• Manage sophisticated transactions from inception to closing under partner supervision.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture documents, and financing instruments.
• Coordinate due diligence across title, survey, zoning, environmental, and corporate matters.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Florida.

Education

• JD from an ABA Accredited Law School.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.
