Litigation Associate Attorney

Carmel office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney with 1+ years of personal injury tort litigation experience. The candidate will work as part of a team directly with insured and self-insured clients in the retail, hospitality, and construction industries. Will also receive training and supervision as needed/required. Experience responding to civil discovery is essential. Deposition and court experience preferred. Indiana Admission is essential.

The candidate must have J.D. degree. Must have ability to communicate professionally with clients. Should have strong work ethic. Ability to multi-task and prioritize needed. Strong research, writing and computer skills are essential.
