Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join their team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in real estate law, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, development, and joint ventures.

Duties

• Manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties.
• Assist in real estate development projects.
• Participate in joint ventures and private equity transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage client relationships.
• Handle small-to-mid sized matters or portions of larger matters efficiently.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of real estate law experience.
• Experience in large or boutique law firms preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate financing and hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent oral and research skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia.
