Duties

• Manage a substantial caseload of complex construction litigation matters.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute litigation plans.
• Provide consistent communication, counsel, and legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients skillfully in pre-trials, trials, and hearings.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience in complex litigation, preferably in construction law.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
• Proficiency in ATO or equivalent case management software.
• Experience with billable hours and strong time management skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
