The role involves supporting the firm's innovation efforts to enhance legal service delivery through people, process, and technology, focusing on the Strategic Advisory and Government Enforcement (SAGE) business unit.

Duties

  • Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery and improve efficiencies.
  • Coordinate and implement technology integration, including generative AI.
  • Develop client-facing solutions to enhance collaboration and data sharing.
  • Create and automate knowledge and precedent libraries.
  • Evaluate and improve legal service delivery through data analysis and trend monitoring.
  • Educate legal professionals on technology and client solutions.
  • Develop case studies and innovation materials for business development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of experience as a litigation, regulatory, transactional, or legislative policy attorney in a large law firm.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and manage workflows.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Availability to travel as necessary.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.

Certifications

  • Admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
